Provisional bookings must be arranged by telephone. Telephone bookings will be honoured for 7 working days from the date of the telephone call. Confirmation of the booking will be on receipt of the completed booking form and the appropriate deposit cleared through our bank. 

A £250.00pp non-refundable/non-transferable deposit is payable at the time of the booking. The remaining balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to the departure dates. 

RESERVATION

Bookings must be made via the telephone when availability will be advised. Provisional bookings can be taken over the telephone but must be confirmed by receipt of a completed and signed booking form and deposit within seven working days. The holiday booked cannot be assigned and only the persons shown on the booking form are permitted to fish Crystal Waters Carp Fishery. Additional costs may be incurred if there are any changes to the booking after written confirmation of the booking is sent out to you.

DEPOSIT

A non-refundable/non-transferable deposit of £250.00pp should accompany the booking form. The deposit is accepted as part payment towards the total cost of the holiday.

BALANCE OF PAYMENT

The balance of payment must be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to departure.

PAYMENT

If the unconditional, payment of the balance is not received by us by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking, forfeit any deposit made and levy a cancellation charge as though there had been a cancellation as defined in the cancellation terms below.

PRICE

The price of your fishery holiday is a fixed price and will not change.

CANCELLATION

If the customer should cancel the booking than the following applies for our Drive & Survive or Drive & Tucker package: Cancellation before 8-6 weeks of travel 50% of total cost payable. Cancellation 6-0 weeks before departure full payment of holiday due. Cancellation of your confirmed booking must be made in writing.

PASSPORT/VISA/HEALTH CERTIFICATE

These requirements are your responsibility and we accept no responsibility for any delay or expense incurred through any irregularity in your documents. It is essential that customers ensure they hold a valid ten year passport.

INSURANCE

Clients are advised to cover themselves with the appropriate travel and tackle insurance for the period of the holiday. CRYSTAL WATERS CARP FISHERY holds a public liability insurance certificate.

FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for loss, delay or cancellations due to the following; fire, storm, flood, closure of ports, weather/technical problems to transport, acts of God, industrial disputes, strikes, riots, political unrest, and war or any other event or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or damage to personal possessions.

BOATS, PETS, FIRARMS & ALL WEAPON

Boats, Pet’s, firearms and weapons are not permitted whatsoever on the lake.

CONTRACTUAL RIGHTS

We reserve the right immediately to terminate the services we are contractually obliged to provide to you if we, our employees or agents, or any other appropriate person in authority in any place or on any vehicle or craft judge your behaviour to be likely to cause discomfort, distress or aggressive attitude to our clients or any person or property on the lake. Our contractual obligations under these conditions will terminate immediately. In either case any appropriate cancellation charge fee will apply and we will not be liable to you for any refund or compensation or any costs or damage, which you may incur.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

If you consider that you have cause for complaint whilst in France, the complaint must be notified to Crystal Waters Fishery Manager. Any subsequent complaint must be made in writing to Crystal Waters and be received no later than 7 days from your Lake departure date.

FISHERY RULES

I agree to abide by the rules that are clearly set out on Crystal Waters Lake and on our website, a written copy of the rules that will be given to me on the full balance being paid and that are posted at the Crystal Waters Fishery confirmation of your acceptance to these terms & condition will be made by your final payment. Crystal waters retain the right to alter any or all of the fishing rules at any time without notice.

CLEANLINESS & ENVIRONMENTALLY AWARE

All waste material must be placed in the bins provided All clients must be environmentally aware of the lake and its surrounding location and assure that no contamination affects  the water, site or causes any damage whatsoever. Toilet facilities are provide for customers use only.

MOBILE PHONES

We ask customers to show consideration to others by turning down ringing tones and responding as quietly as possible.

SOCIAL MEDIA

Crystal Waters has the right to use any videos or photos taken at the lake for advertising or for using on social media.
